What is Half Day Hire?

A half-day hire is a studio rental option that allows you to book the studio space for a shorter duration of time, typically four hours and five hours. This is ideal for photography or filming projects that do not require a full day’s use of the studio. You can also use half day to pre-light if you want to book the studio for next day full day hire.

What is a half day studio hire?

A half-day studio hire consists of either a morning slot from 9 AM to 1 PM or an afternoon slot from 2 PM to 6 PM or an evening between 6pm – 10pm. Time is also flexible so you can choose the time that best suits your project’s schedule.

What is included in the half-day studio hire?

Our half-day studio hire includes access to our professional studio space for high-end photography and filming. An infinity cove, also known as an infinity wall or cyclorama, a full blackout space, green screen studio. Our dedicated support staff will also be available to assist you throughout your session.

Can I extend my booking beyond the half-day slot?

Yes, you can extend your booking if you require additional time, subject to availability for example – if there is no other booking after your booking. Please contact us in advance during the session to arrange an extension, and we will provide you with the options.

Do you offer any discounts for repeat bookings or multiple days?

Yes, we offer special rates and discounts for repeat clients and multiple days studio hire bookings. Please get in touch with our team to discuss your needs and receive a customised discounted rates.

Can I visit the studio before making a booking?

Absolutely! We encourage prospective clients to schedule a visit to our studio before booking – if you need. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for a recce / view.

Are refreshments provided during the hire?

While we do not provide refreshments such as water, coffee, tea, freeze, freezer, microwave as part of the hire, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages. You can order from Deliveroo or JustEat – they will easily find our studio. We also have a list of recommended local cafes and catering options upon request.

What power options are available in the studio?

Our studio offers three-phase 63 amp power, as well as single-phase 32 amp and 16 amp power options. These power provisions accommodate a range of equipment and lighting setups required for your projects.

Is there drive-in access for larger props and vehicles?

Yes, our studio features drive-in access, making it convenient to bring in larger props, sets, and even vehicles directly into the studio. This accessibility ensures a smooth workflow for your production needs.

What equipment or facilities are available for set-up and production?

Our studio is equipped with a scissor lift for lighting grid access, customisable background colours, and various power options. Additionally, we provide ample space and resources to support your creative vision.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Cineview Studios in Greenwich, London several times over the past couple of years, and each visit has been exceptional. The owner's commitment to providing the perfect studio setup for our needs is truly outstanding. And that is not all, I have seen the progress in the studio as the owner Dipesh keeps on investing in the studio. It is nice to see the commitment he has to his business. Every time I have visited the studio there is something new, either the facilities have been improved or there is new better lighting equipment. The studio cove is very spacious even for larger projects, you can even drive a car to the cove if needed. There is a nice kitchen area for basic needs, coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge and you have space for eating in. With a short walk away there are many good restaurants in the Greenwich centre. In summary, I can't recommend Cineview Studios enough. If you're looking for a five-star studio experience in Greenwich, look no further – Cineview Studios is the place to be!
